These are the aspects we find very critical and
valuable when consulting a designer.

1. Sheryl is very personable, patient and
responsive.
2. Sheryl was very organized and very resourceful
in terms of contacts and services she can connect
the clients with various vendors.
3. Sheryl will take time to get a sense of your OWN
style and work with you on your ideas.
4. Sheryl offers her own design ideas and artistry
which are fresh and a very different perspective
than you might have had, but yet in-line with your
own style.
5. Sheryl can, based on her experiences,
warn/alert you aspect you might need to be
cautious of, when choosing a paint color, selecting
a furniture, considering certain fixtures, etc.

We really enjoyed working with her and we know
that we'll be accessing her service for any
furniture remodeling needs.

We recently rebuilt our home and we used Sheryl Fales of Refined Design
Services as our interior designer and project manager. She worked very
well with our contractor and coordinated with him on many aspects of the
job. She worked closely with the contractor to keep the project "on time".
She assisted us in selecting tile, paint, hardwood flooring, cabinets, etc.
She has a lot of great contacts and resources too! Remodeling can be
stressful and overwhelming and Sheryl definitely helps reduce the stress
and actually makes it fun! She has a great personality and is very easy to
work with. I would definitely recommend her!!
